Your Inner Energy Healer

Discover your natural healing energy in this hands-on, interactive class. Learn basic healing techniques that you can utilize at home. Then move on to practice and have fun with all forms of your energy. This will be an enjoyable, experiential class.
Cultivate Your Intuition
Thursday October 3 6:00-7:30
Learn to tap into your own natural intuitive abilities. Practice specific, informative techniques that will expand your awareness by using all of your senses.
Nurturing Your Natural Empathy
Monday October 7 6:00-7:30
Empathy is the ability to sense and feel the true emotions of another person. Discover whether you are an Empath and learn some tools you can use that will help you utilize this gift as well as protect yourself from feeling too much. Class will include discussion and experiential exercises.
Yes, I am an Empath. Now What?
Monday October 14 6:00-7:30
You have discovered that you are an Empath. Now gain a better understanding of exactly what that means. Bring all your questions about empathy. Prerequisite: Nurturing Your Natural Empathy (October 7)

Chakras are the body's energy centers. Their function is to vitalize the physical body and to bring about the development of self-awareness. They are associated with physical, mental and emotional interactions. Discover ways to open, balance, heal and connect your chakras while connecting to the universe and the earth.
Encouragement through Affirmations

Actions begin as ideas and goals. Science has proven that affirmations help you attain your goals. In other words, you are what you think. With the guidance of your instructor, identify your goals and then design an affirmation to help you align your thoughts and actions with your goals.
Thursday October 24 6:00-7:30
Meditation is a powerful, relaxing experience that allows the body, mind and spirit to align and heal. It brings clarity and a deep sense of well-being and peace, along with deeper perception. Learn the best way for you to meditate, integrate, balance, revitalize and thrive. You will also be guided through two meditations: a daily meditation and a Chakra (energy center) meditation.
Wednesday October 30 6:00-8:00
Nature will guide you with ancient wisdom if you take the time to sense it. Specific animals, plants, rocks, colors, and places can bring you great insight. After learning about nature's guides, meet your personal vanguards and listen to their messages during a special guided meditation that leads you on an outward and yet inward journey of communion with your native guides.
