Ammonite Chakra Meditation
This is an ammonite - a nautical fossil with a partitioned spiral shell. This meditation works as if you were entering an ammonite and within each section (Chakra) there is gift for you and your life. You end up being at your very core with many gifts. It is a powerful meditation that can greatly assist you on your path to wellness and fulfillment.

Education/Training/Experience
Kathie was a very successful Health and Physical Education teacher in K-12 education for 34 years.  Kathie has been trained in multiple modalities and has worked as a wellness consultant since 2001 with 1,000's of hours of effectively helping clients improve their lives and their health and wellness. Kathie provides a broad range of knowledge, expertise and experience for her client’s individualized healing journey. She holds a Master’s degree in Holistic Health Studies/ Herbology Concentration from the Saint Catherine’s University.  She is a Healing Touch Practitioner, Reiki Master and a Certified Hypnotherapist .
